Now let’s talk about all the things that need to be done around the parish that don’t have a direct impact on the central purpose of the parish. These are the support functions. I can think of five of them, but I’m sure there are more.
Facility Management. Does your parish rent out the hall for non-parish functions? Are there rules to be enforced? What is the money collected used for?

I’ve come to the realization that I need to make an adjustment in the layout and presentation of this process. In this step I’m attempting to imagine a committee or group that would support each of the seven steps and the process of forming these groups and developing the leaders of these groups. 3. Pre-Sacramental Education
4. Sacraments
5. Post-Sacramental Education
6. Faith Milestones
7. Ministry Formation
Last post we finished with step 4, Sacraments, so today I will address Post-Sacramental Education. This covers that long…

Bill Karabinus said… Thank you so much for your advice and I will implement it into my approach. I have 10 parishes to visit in the next week and a half and although I am only working at this part time I fell very compelled to add additional time to this work as my cancer treatments allow.
Thank you again so very much.
In Christ,
Bill Karabinus
